Bristol’s first “warm up” action saw ten people demonstrate inside Cabot Circus to raise awareness of fuel poverty and campaigns fighting against it.
On Saturday, December 3, campaign groups will stage a protest against fuel poverty as part of a national day of action organised by the Warm This Winter campaign.
The strike has been called by the Universities and Colleges Union (UCU) and coincides with actions at 29 colleges across the UK. There will be a total of ten strike days spread over the next four weeks.
